How do I make Payment?

Each item for hire has a daily rental charge, which can be viewed on our listings page; the minimum total order is £20.00.

A deposit is required at the time of booking.

On collection of items, the full rental amount must be paid.

The deposit will be refunded upon return of the toys, as long as they are in the same condition as when hired, (as per terms and conditions).

Where do I Collect the toys from?

Collection is between the times 9.00-10.00am on day of your celebration and returning between 5.00-6.00pm.

However we are aware when being involved in organizing a party that an element of flexibility is required, therefore please ring to arrange a more suitable time and we will do our very best to accommodate.

Times should be arranged at the booking stage.

If it’s not possible for you to collect, we can deliver and collect for you at a cost of £20.00 although only within a 15 mile radius.

Every toy available for hire fits neatly into an average sized family hatchback.

What about Safety?

All of our toys for hire are intended for indoor use only, unless we give you authorization at the booking stage to use them outdoor.

The toys should be used by only one child at a time and on a flat surface under adult supervision.

Please use the toy for the suggested age.

Children using the toys should be instructed to keep their hands, feet loose clothing and long hair away from wheels etc during operation!

Shoes should be worn at all times to prevent injury.

Warning

Daisy’s Party Toys should not be used on hills, throughfares, steps, or any type of incline.

They shouldn’t be used near water such as pools, streams, rivers, lakes or oceans.
